The Women’s Rimo jacket is a new style and is the warmest of the three jackets in our range of down clothing for women. It is unique in using Pertex Endurance for both the shell and lining, making it ideal for use as a belay jacket.

The Women’s Rimo jacket has 250 g of 850 fill-power (EU rating) Polish goose down that is 100% ethically recovered. Made wholly in water-resistant Pertex fabric, it uses YKK plastic-toothed zips on the centre and pocket zips. Other features include two large chest pockets, an internal drop pocket (for water bottles etc.) and an internal security pocket.

It is supplied with a separate storage stuff sack.

Care & Attention

Down is a very resilient insulating material and, with basic care, any down jacket should last you a very long time.

There are two simple rules to ensure longevity:
1. Always store your jacket uncompressed in a dry, airy place
2. Try to keep it as clean as possible to minimize washing (this ultimately damages the down).

We highly recommend you hand-wash your down garment or, alternatively, use a professional service. You can download washing instructions here.
