Placing an order

Choose your product, size, colour and quantity, then add it to your basket. You can change quantities or remove items before proceeding. Select your delivery country to review the full price, then continue to Stripe to enter your billing and delivery details and pay. Check your order and address before submitting payment; contact us promptly if you notice a mistake afterwards.

Our checkout is in English, takes payment in pounds sterling (GBP), and does not require a CRUX account. Payment is taken when you complete the Stripe checkout. An automatic payment receipt acknowledges your order and payment; it is not a dispatch confirmation. We accept your order, and the sales contract is formed, when we dispatch the goods.

Availability can change while orders are being processed. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for anything we cannot supply, including any delivery charge that no longer applies. We will not substitute another product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Prices, delivery and payment

Product and basket prices include UK VAT. Checkout recalculates the price for your selected delivery destination and shows the goods, delivery and total payable before payment. For export orders, UK VAT is removed where shown at checkout; destination import taxes, duties and carrier clearance charges may be payable separately. Your card provider may charge for currency conversion.

See delivery information for the available destinations and charges. If your destination is not listed, contact us for a quote before ordering. We will not add an undisclosed shipping charge after payment. If a price or description is materially incorrect, we will explain the error and offer the choice of proceeding on agreed corrected terms or cancelling for a refund.

Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page. Do not send card numbers or security codes to us by email.

Dispatch and delivery

We will tell you if an availability problem affects your order and agree any revised delivery arrangements with you. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular departure date. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of your order.

Use a complete street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. A signature may be required. If a parcel is missing, damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us so we can put it right. Goods remain our responsibility until they are received by you or a person you nominate to receive them. Signing for a parcel does not remove your rights if there is a problem with the goods.

Cancellations, returns and warranty

You can cancel before dispatch, and consumer orders have cancellation rights after delivery. Our returns & refunds page explains the 14-day cancellation right, our additional 90-day returns offer, who pays return postage, and how refunds work. It also includes an optional cancellation form. These provisions form part of these terms.

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your rights when goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect are separate from a change-of-mind return. Our ten-year product warranty is additional to those rights and does not replace them.

Problems, privacy and a copy for your records

If you have a complaint, contact us with your order reference and an explanation of what went wrong. We will investigate and discuss the appropriate remedy with you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or court rights that apply where you live.

Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information. You can save or print these pages, or download the terms, returns information and warranty. The version supplied with your order applies to that order; later updates do not retrospectively change it.
