Planning your delivery

Contact us before ordering if you need equipment for a specific departure date. We will let you know about any availability issue and agree revised arrangements with you. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery will be within 30 days of ordering. Use a complete street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes, and a signature may be needed. Contact us if a parcel is missing or damaged.

Delivery charges

Choose your delivery destination at checkout for the exact charge. We charge once for the whole basket, using the parcel needed for all your equipment.

United Kingdom & Isle of Man

Free delivery on equipment totals of £200 or more. Below £200, delivery is £3.60 for small accessories, £6 for poles and frames, or £8.40 for other equipment. These prices include UK VAT.

Europe

Band 1: £15, or free from £200. Band 2: £18, or free from £300. Below these thresholds, small-accessory baskets are £7.50, poles and frames £12, and rucksacks £15. Band 3: £25 per order.

Band 1: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands.

Band 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Band 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania.

Other destinations

For the overseas destinations available at checkout, accessories are £20 plus £5 per item. Other equipment is £48 plus £10 per item; baskets containing a rucksack are £55 plus £10 per item. Item counts include quantities.

Prices & taxes

Shop and basket prices include UK VAT. Checkout recalculates your equipment and delivery for your destination. Export orders do not include UK VAT; import taxes and clearance charges may be payable locally. Free-delivery thresholds apply to equipment only, after that recalculation.
