Climbing is a very physical activity practised in a harsh environment and it is inevitably tough on kit. Crux endeavours to provide as broad a range of repairs and replacement parts as possible. Repairs are assessed and carried out by Scottish Mountain Gear, who are wholly independent of crux. In the first instance, please contact us by email to discuss the damage that needs repairing or to describe the part you need. Please consult our product identification page for details on where to find the serial number of the product concerned.
